Consultation

malene b begins the design process with a consultation to discuss the client’s project.

Design Concepts

malene b develops several design concepts and digital renderings. Once approved by the client, the sample process begins.

Strike off Samples

To ensure our clients satisfaction, a strike off sample is ordered. The sample is available for review within 4-6 weeks.

Client Approval

With the client’s written approval and a 50% deposit, production will begin.

Lead Times

Our standard lead time is 12-16 weeks for hand knotted and 8-12 weeks for hand tufted.
Rush orders are available.

Monitoring Your Order

We constantly monitor your order until your malene b carpet arrives.
