WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG FOR A CARPET TO ARRIVE?
Our carpets are made by hand specially for you. The handmade process involves spinning yarn, dyeing the yarn, setting up the loom, weaving and finishing each carpet by hand
HOW DO I SELECT COLORS
If your project requires a custom color, provide us with paint samples, yarn poms or fabric swatches for us to match with our ARS Color System. Because each rug/carpet is handmade to order, some color variation may occur from dye lot to dye lot, from sample to finished carpet, and may vary slightly in size.
CAN I CREATE MY OWN DESIGN?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges We take every measure to insure the products are of first quality. But if there is a defect, CONTACT US within five days of receipt of product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All of our products are custom made to order, and we highly recommend purchasing samples before ordering larger goods.
If you believe your product to be defective and it has not been used or installed, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can review your issue.
